I am very happy with the quality of the curtains, and the service provided by the Linenshed. However, I mistakenly bought 'lined curtains' thinking they were 'blackout lined curtains'. Completely my mistake, but so disappointing when they arrived and I realised my error. I think it would be easier to include a checkbox on these curtains to request blackout lining, rather than have blackout curtains under a completely different section. The colours and materials are identical, so why have them separated on the website? It won't put me off ordering again from the Linenshed, but perhaps there is room for improvement here?
